If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy .
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing and return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Products that we have customised to your order (“Customised Products”)
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled usually within 3 weeks from receipt of your order. We will notify you by email or telephone of any anticipated delays and will be happy to refund your money if we cannot meet your requirements.
We use Royal Mail’s Recorded or Special Delivery Service or Airsure© which requires a signature on delivery.
It is Your responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct shipping address. If your package is returned to us because either because you have not provided us with a correct shipping address or because you were not available to sign for the package (and the time for holding the package at a Royal Mail Sorting office has expired) we will reship the Product (s) to you on your request however you will have to pay the additional delivery costs.
Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, any queries or tracking of your order will be your responsibility although we will do all We can to assist you with the tracking of your order.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Our Refunds Policy
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know. We accept returns or exchanges for all items within 28 days of the shipping date. Please email us at returns@candycoatedjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. We regret that postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange goods for other products; however we will have to charge postage for all re-delivery which will be calculated accordingly this also includes exchanges within the UK. We will always advise you of postage costs before we proceed.
Our Liability
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.
Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
