Your order will be fulfilled usually 3 weeks from receipt of your order. We will notify you by email or telephone of any anticipated delays and will be happy to refund your money if we cannot meet your delivery requirements.

We use Royal Mail’s Recorded/Special Delivery Service or Airsure© or International Signed For™ which requires a signature on delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days.

UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery, at a cost of £5.00 per item for postage and packaging.

Europe and USA: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery, at a cost of £10 per item postage and packaging.

Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery, at a cost of £15 per item postage and packaging.

It is Your responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct shipping address. If your package is returned to us because either because you have not provided us with a correct shipping address or because you were not available to sign for the package (and the time for holding the package at a Royal Mail Sorting office has expired) we will reship the Product (s) to you on your request however you will have to pay the additional delivery costs.
